November 3, 2010: Attended the 15th Annual Frankel Lecture, featuring Richard L. Revesz, Dean of New York University School of Law. Dean Revesz discussed how straightline cost/benefit analysis has skewed our nation's environmental regulations, effectively creating a regime ripe for number manipulation. Professor Douglas A. Kysar and Professor Alexander Volokh participated.
