Attended the 8th annual Baker Botts lecture on March 23rd. Professor Paul Goldstein from Stanford Law School addressed the topic of starting over with Copyright law on a clean slate. His suggestions were founded on 5 principles. So as not to infringe his copyright on the presentation and subsequent article, I will refrain from listing them until they are published in the Houston Law Review Journal. It's only fitting.
