Attended a half-day symposium on Trademark Dilution offered by the IPIL in conjuction with the Blakely Advocacy Institute during the Intellectual Property Moot Court National Championship. The trademark panel included Paul Krieger (UH Law Center – IPIL Adjunct Faculty), Tom Casagrande (Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell), Prof. Megan Carpenter (Texas Wesleyan School of Law). It was held on January 25, 2011.
